WHY EMPLOY BLACKPOOL SOLICITOR PAUL HODGSON OF BARKER BOOTH AND EASTWOOD? 'COS HE'S A RIGHT BASTARD

This is the response I have received from at least two ladies I have spoken to recently about Paul Hodgson who works in the matrimonial office of Barker Booth and Eastwood.

It would appear therefore that Mr Hodgson enjoys a fearsome reputation with the ladies which obviously serves to attract bitter and angry female divorcees looking to inflict pain on their spouses.

I find it offensive and unethical for this gentleman to conduct his business in the manner in which he does in a Blackpool "family" court - especially when it involves young children.

At the outset of my divorce I made it clear to Mr Hodgson that I wanted to give financial mediation a try and sort things out amicably with my ex wife. He informed me that this would not be happening - without even consulting my ex wife!!

It was my understanding that it was an obligatory duty of solicitors to recommend mediation where possible to mitigate costs on the parties involved. Unfortunately from my experience I believe Mr Hodgson puts income before professional duty.

A recent poll on this blog asked former clients of Barker Booth and Eastwood whether they would recommend the company to other people. The response was a resounding "not a chance" - 100%. Just about says it all really.

A poll on a blog at http://barkerbootheastwood.blogspot.com/ reveals what past clients of Blackpool solicitors Barker Booth and Eastwood really think of the service they offer. The people of Blackpool were unanimous in response.

Past clients were asked:

Would you recommend the services of Barker, Booth and Eastwood to other people?

options were:

- yes, definitely

- no, not a chance

- cannot decide

Results as follows:

TRACY KIRKLAND AND ANNE MORLEY OF BARKER BOOTH EASTWOOD SLEEPING WITH CLIENTS??

I'm not sure what the Law Society would make of this but a contributor to the blog - known as Double DD - has alleged that Anne Morley and Tracy Kirkland are/were involved with clients.

"This firm is disgusting both to clients and staff.Caring firm my backside.The practise manager,Tracy Kirkland, is a complete cow who has no idea what she is doing.Yes they provide personal service-very personal seeing as Tracy Kirkland and a partner, Anne Morely,are both sleeping with clients at the firm-bet they get a discount.This firm only care about making money,money,money to make sure they can continue buying their fancy properties abroad.DON'T BOTHER UNLESS YOU WANT SHODDY SERVICE."
